Reprise

So I have a slight problem with public displays of affection. I know this, you know this. But really, must I be forced to sit through the swapping of saliva on my way home from work? Seriously. I couldn't even see this couple; I could merely hear their lovey talk and the make out sounds.

Just because the train carriage is nearly empty and you're sitting in a dark corner does not mean that the remaining passengers are not aware as to what's going on. Save it for home where I cannot see or hear you. Thanks.

That being said...hand holding? Fine. I can deal with that. Quick kiss? Okay. Don't really want to see it. But I can live with it. ..Make out session on train? Don't do it. Please.

Uni friends make me feel very young. High school friends make me feel very old. And, really, it has nothing to do with maturity levels. It's all basically to do with physical ages and I am aware that a persons age doesn't necessarily tell you anything other than their physical age. But, still, being 20 when all my high school friends are still 19, and being 20 when all my Uni friends are 21+ (with a few exceptions..), it's a bit strange. Especially because I am really bad at telling ages and assume that most everybody is my age, unless of course, it's quite obvious that they're not, and then am shocked when finding out "Ohay, you're 22? Really?"

And it also finally actually hit me that I am actually 20, when Mat asked me how old I am and replied as "...20.". First person to ask it to me since my birthday. And first time it's hit me that wow, I am 20.

But enough about that.

I think small children in movie theatres should not be allowed. Just as school children should not be allowed on trains.

....People need to be more considerate on trains. School aged people. School aged girls in particular. You don't need to scream on the train. You don't need to make weird noises on the train. You don't need to sing at the top of your voice, nor do you need to loudly exclaim how much you like Robert Patterson, except that all around his eyes is ugly, but his eyes are really nice.

Sit down, shut up, and read a book. You might learn something.

Uni is good. Work is good. Life is busy. Life is confusing. And, as much as my hands wish to keep typing up a lovely blog post for you lovelies, my brain is thinking otherwise and would very much like to hop up and watch Ashes to Ashes. So I think I had better do as my brain says, otherwise there may be mutiny.

Cheers!

Polka

I saw a nice piece of Engrish today. Signage in the window of SES at Btown - "SELECTED ITEMS OLNY."

So yesterday Fishy, Wes, Sarah, Noble and I went park hopping, swing jumping, backyard picnicing and monopoly playing. T'was fun.

Action shots are as follows:

He got stuck...again. He'll never learn.

And I decided to upload this photo here for two reasons. The first being to show you the awesome spider web climby thing. And the second is because of what it looks like Fishy is looking at. Hilarious.

I'm trying to find a pair of green chucks. So, if anybody knows anywhere in the city that sells green chucks, well to be more specific, this type of green chuck,

then can you please lead me in the right direction. I'm going to check out Market City on Wednesday, and then head up Town Hall way. So places around there would be good. I've already checked a few and none have the green I want.

In other news, friendship bracelet 1 fell off today after, let's see...two years, I'd say. I feel at a loss. Comfort me.
